A planetary time ratio is simply a proportion between recurring astronomical intervals. We use them the way a technician uses a moving-average length: as a measuring stick applied consistently and reviewed honestly.
How a ratio earns a place
Each candidate ratio is tested against a database of confirmed turns across instruments and years. It stays only if it clusters near turns more often than a random interval of the same length would.

- Retired without sentiment when it stops clustering.
The limits
Time cycles indicate sensitivity, not direction. Direction comes from structure. Any study that promises certainty in either is selling comfort, not research.
